For the separation of the applicators from the mini-ATS systems, the use of a special welding device is necessary. The welding device we developed works with 10 welding heads and can process a system of 10 in a few minutes. The mini-ATS are fixed in a template and positioned in the welding device. The welding process then takes place automatically.
